If there are requirements for partial or other products, please make a new and separate order.<\/li>\n<li data-aria-posinset=\"3\" data-aria-level=\"2\">If unsatisfied with the product, please propose a return application through E-mail within seven (7) days of the product\u2019s arrival (for details, check \u201creturn application\u201d). The product must be returned at its original state and is not yet used or exposed under sunshine, and it must include all parts and complete packaging to get the refund. If the returned product does not match the previously listed criteria, your product will be shipped back to you and we will not send the refunds.<\/li>\n<li data-aria-posinset=\"4\" data-aria-level=\"2\">If you decide to cancel your order after you have sent the payment, please contact the costumer\u2019s service to return the product if the order\u2019s status is \u201cprocessing\u201d and the product isn\u2019t sent out yet. Therefore, every product has its own unique texture, wrinkles, healed scars, and difference in color and luster.
