  • RETURN POLICY

    Returns Information

    • Products purchased at Smoll International online store may be returned but not exchanged for another.
    • Products from the same order must be returned at whole set, we do not accept partial return of products. If there are requirements for partial or other products, please make a new and separate order.
    • If unsatisfied with the product, please propose a return application through E-mail within seven (7) days of the product’s arrival (for details, check “return application”). The product must be returned at its original state and is not yet used or exposed under sunshine, and it must include all parts and complete packaging to get the refund. If the returned product does not match the previously listed criteria, your product will be shipped back to you and we will not send the refunds.
    • If you decide to cancel your order after you have sent the payment, please contact the costumer’s service to return the product if the order’s status is “processing” and the product isn’t sent out yet. Otherwise, if the product is already sent, you would have to return the product on your own.
    • The payment of your order is through PayPal or credit card, so we would send the refund through the same platform after we’re done checking the product’s status, thus keep an eye on your credit card bill at the end of the month or end of the following month.
    • Smoll products select natural vegetable-tanned leather, its characteristics being to accurately present the appearance and touch of leather. Therefore, every product has its own unique texture, wrinkles, healed scars, and difference in color and luster. If the purchaser proposes to return the product for viewing its natural character as a flaw, our company reserves the right to make the final and conclusive decision on whether to accept or decline the return application.

    Return Application

    • You can contact us through E-mail: service@studiosmoll.com . The subject of the letter should be “Return Application” and should provide the following details:
    1. The order’s serial number.
    2. Full name of the purchaser.
    3. Brief explanation of why you decided to return the product, if you received a defective product or the wrong product, take a photo of the defective part.
    • We will contact you initiatively as soon as we get your message.

    退货须知

    1.本退货条款仅适用于Smoll 官方线上商店购买之商品。

    2.凡于本公司官方线上商店购买之商品,仅提供退货不换货之服务。

    3.同一订单之组合商品退货须整组退还,恕不接受部分商品退货,若有部分或其他商品需求,请重新建立订单。

    4.凡是于官方线上商店购买商品享有商品签收隔日算起7日(包含例假日)的鉴赏期权利。 7日鉴赏期非试用期,期间需避免日照,若退回商品本体与螺丝经过使用、接触水或油脂、弯折、组装或产生晒痕,恕不接受退货。商品本体之外包括包装、附件、辅助工具、赠品、随附文件或资料亦须保持完整,如有损毁、缺漏将可能引响退货权益,亦可能依照损毁程度扣除为恢复原状所必要的费用。

    5.如欲取消订单,请于包裹尚未寄出前且订单状态为「处理中」来信联系客服协助办理。

    6.若您的订单是使用信用卡线上刷卡,退货资格经确认且收到退货商品后我们将会直接为您办理线上刷退,请您留意当期或下期帐单。

    7.本公司产品皆采用天然植鞣皮革,其特性在于能够真实呈现皮革样貌与触感,也因此每个产品皆具备独特的纹理、皱痕、疤痕与色泽差异,无法等同压纹皮革或人造皮革般均质。若将其天然特性归类为瑕疵而进行多次退货,本公司可保留拒绝建立新订单之权利。

    您可使用E-mail填写标题名为 “退货申请” 至客服信箱 : service@studiosmoll.com,信件内容请提供:

    订单编号
    订购者全名
    退换货原因概述,如遇商品错误/瑕疵请提供瑕疵部位照片
    我们会在收到信件后主动与您联系退货事宜。

    退货方式

    退货申请完成后我们将与您联系退货逆物流相关事宜,并于5个工作天内前往取货,期间请留意信件或簡訊。

    (如退货申请完成后超过15个工作日,期间始终无法取得联系或收到退货商品,我们必须取消您的退货申请,且无法受理再次申请退货。)
