    • If the product you purchased at Smoll International is defective in material, please inform us within six (6) months following the date of purchase.
    • The date of purchase can be found via the Orders History (“My Account”  “Orders”).
    • You must follow the User’s Guide to enjoy warranted services.
    • After accepting your case of reporting a defect, we may ask you to send the product back to us if necessary. We will then examine the defective product and decide if it’s covered under this warranty. Smoll will then, at its choice, either repair the defective product or replace it with the same or newer version of the product. In these cases, Smoll will be responsible for the costs of repairs, spare parts, and the product’s shipping fee back to the costumer. If the product is not covered under this warranty, the services will be rendered at customer’s expense.
    • The warranty period of product is irrelevant to when or whether the product was repaired/replaced; the warranty period lasts six (6) months following the original date of purchase.
    • Our company reserve the right to make the final and conclusive decision on whether to repair or replace the defective product.


    • Cases where the six (6) month warranty period is expired.
    • Products that have been stored or assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or wrong cleaning products and causing it to be defective.
    • Normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by compression or impact by outer force.
    • Damage caused by changing the design, cutting, or repairing the product.
    • Consequential or incidental damage.
    • Screw parts (the anti-loose paint are consumables).
    • The natural transformation of leather color over time, and the formation of wrinkles and healed scars.
    • The assisting tools for assembly enclosed with the product.
    • If you are not the original purchaser (the warranties are to the benefit of the original purchaser of the product and are not transferable).

    • If you received a defective product, contact us through E-mail: service@studiosmoll.com . The subject of your E-mail should be “Application for Warranted Defective Product” and the contents of the E-mail should include the following details:
    1. The account name and full name of the purchaser (should be identical with that when registering for the online store).
    2. Name of the product.
    3. Date of purchase and the order serial number (could be found via “My Account”  “Orders”).
    4. A brief description of the fault symptoms and provide details why the defective product is covered under this warranty (Please read “Exclusions” carefully). Also provide photos of the defective part.
    • We will accept your case and contact you initiatively as soon as we get your message.
